• The dimensions of the bot should be less than or equal to 300 mm X 300 mm X 300 mm at the start of the game failing which the team will be disqualified from the competition.
• The dimensions of the remote are not included in the size constraint of the bot.
• Teams can use both wired as well as wireless control mechanisms. In case of wired bots, the length of wire should be minimum 2 meters so that the wire remains slack at any instant of time.
• Robot should be custom made and not readymade. However components required can be purchased.
• In case of an electric power supply, the voltage between any two points should be less than or equal to 24 V DC at all times during the run. AC power source will be provided.
• There will be a track provided to the participating teams,including several kinds of hurdles,speed breakers,see-saw,wedges etc.
• Robot finishing the race with maximum points will be declared winner.
• The bot will be liable for disqualification if it causes any kind of damage to the arena.
• The teams must adhere to the spirit of healthy competition.

NFS MOST WANTED(1.3)

• League rounds would be carried out between 4 participants and winner shall be proceeding to next round.
• Fully loaded default profile would be provided in every pc and participants cannot make any changes in it.
• Players must be present in the tournament area at the notifications schedule. Players are advised to be present a few minutes before the schedule to avoid any unpredictable delay. If the player is not present at the notification schedule, he shall be disqualified..
• Players may bring their own keyboards, joysticks, controllers, headphones, mouse etc.
• The tracks and cars of finale will be decided at the venue by the organizers.
• Use of scripts, hex codes, trainers etc. is not allowed and anyone found using them will be immediately disqualified.
• Decision of the organizers will be final. All power lies with the organizers to amend any rule if necessary.

COUNTER STRIKE

• The tournament would be carried out in which two teams would be competing against each other.
• Maximum number of members per team is 5
• If a match is involuntary interrupted (server crash, network cuts…) then the tournament officials will take decision according to situation.
• Game rounds for normal sessions will be 20. 10 in each terrorist and counter-terrorist. The team who wins 11 rounds will be announced as winner of that match.
• Side selection will be decided by first knife rounds.
• Starting money will be $800.
• Other map settings will be standard.
• Final match will be of 30 rounds, 15 for each side. The team who win 16 rounds will be announced as the winner.
• For any illegal action like use of illegal bugs, any form of script, moving through walls, floors and also sky-walking is prohibited and the team would be disqualified at the same time.

FIFA 14

• Game Mode for ease of use all games will be played in “Friendly” mode. After the game is finished, the computers will be guided back to the Home Screen and a new ‘Friendly” will be selected.
• Picking Teams every player is allowed to pick their preferred team. Teams can be picked before the start of the game. Players are allowed to use multiple teams throughout the tournament as they please. It is accepted to have the same teams play against each other (e.g. Barcelona).
• All games have a length of 2x 6 minute halves. There is no more than 45 seconds for setting the starting line-up and the half time changes (45 seconds for each). Field Marshalls will check on the times and make sure the games are played fairly.
• Players are only allowed to pause the game if their team is in possession of the ball and no more than 2x per half.

Solo

There will be two rounds

Elimination Round

• Participants must perform a part of the sequence that he intend to perform in the finals. Voice overs are not encouraged -exceeding voice over by 30 seconds would lead to penalty.
• Time limit: 1-2 min (+1 min setup and clearance time).

Final Round

• Perform an extended version of the performance presented in the elimination round. Voice overs must not exceed one minute during the finals.
• Time limit: 3-5 min (+2 min setup and clearance time).
• Participants please note that Elimination round will take place if the number of participants exceed 25.

Group

• A team should have a minimum of 2 members. They can have a maximum of 15 members including backstage helpers.
• The total performance has to be of maximum 7 minutes and can be extended upto 15 minutes.
• Use of props is allowed and encouraged. These have to be brought by the teams themselves but the organizers hold the discretion of allowing it on stage. The losses/damages to props is not a responsibility of the organisers.
• Each performance should be based on a theme which should be clearly depictable. Teams have the freedom to choose any theme.
• Participants please note that screening will be done if the no. of participating teams exceeds 15.

General rules:

• Only three teams per college is allowed for solo and group dance respectively.
• Teams must follow the time limits. Team shall be penalized by the organisers for not doing so.
• No other slot will be given to any team which fails to perform during their allotted slot.
• The songs should only be provided in cd’s otherwise they would be disqualified.
• The CDs should be submitted before the competition with an assurance that the CD will play.

Aaroh-Avroh (Solo-Singing)

• There will be 2 rounds for the competition.

For Round 1:

• Participants shall sing a song of their choice with karaoke.
• Participants are not allowed any partners to accompany them on stage.
• Participants are required to bring karaoke CD with them for Round 1.
• Time Limit – Max. 4 Minutes.

For Round 2:

• Top 5 participants will qualify for the round 2.
• A set of chits would be provided to the Participants. Each chit will have a zone and Participants will pick one chit from the lot
• The different Zones in the chits are – Classical, Retro, Sad and Romantic. Participants have to sing on the selected zone from the chit.
• You have to sing without karaoke in this round.

Swaraanjali (Duet Singing)

• Participants shall sing a song of their choice with karaoke or any other instrument.
• Participants are required to bring karaoke CD with them for Round 1 if they are performing with the karaoke.
• Time Limit – Max. 4 Minutes and 1 minute for setup and clearance.
• Winner and Runner up will be rewarded in award ceremony.

General Rules

• There will be TWO rounds and scrutiny will be done based on the performances of the participant in each round.
